Dear Jesus,

I want my heart to burn for your Word. I want to feel a sense of awe and wonder when reading the Bible. I long for you to speak to my heart and to light a fire that will burn...


Keep us close and focused today. It is Thursday of Holy Week and we are remembering all that happened on this day so many years ago. The act of remembering and reliving the passion is a valuable thing to do. We need to hold all the things you did for us, close. We need to ponder all these things in our hearts. God, thank you for the gift of Jesus. Amen.
