"He is not here."
What do you mean He is not here? He was put through intense torture and ridicule, crowned with thorns, nailed to a wooden cross and left to die just hanging there! His body was laid within this tomb upon bloody cloaks once it was finished. A large stone secured the entrance. It was a stone no man could move on his own. This place was guarded. Now he is gone?
A young man dressed in a white robe was within the tomb. How could that be? He told the female visitors not to be alarmed. "You are looking for Jesus of Nazarene, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him. But go, tell his disciples and Peter, He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you."
